Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BAMS/MD Doctor for a full-time, on-site role at our Sangamner location. The doctor will conduct consultations, diagnose chronic conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans using the principles of Ayurveda. Key responsibilities will include patient management, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure innovative and effective care outcomes. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records and educating patients on Ayurveda-based preventive care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Ayurvedic principles, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Knowledge of treating chronic conditions such as spinal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, cartilage degeneration, and ANA-related diseases
- Effective communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records and adhere to clinic protocols
- Experience with integrating modern clinical protocols into Ayurveda-based treatment is preferred
- Degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), MD Ayurveda preferred
- A valid license to practice medicine in India
